I know how to cook BUN BO HUE very well and even though it is very hard to cook to serve all kinds of people from different area plus American, here is my true review:

    1) the broth is clear, no greasy and healthy
    2) the pig blood and feet were ok (however it is hard and not so look nice to eat that in front of the man, or with bare fingers)
    3) the deep fried meat load is supposed not for bun bo Hue (it should be only Hue style meatloaf)
    4) the tender meat was slicing, and no feel the good taste no more of the real meat (it is suppose to cut in one finger thickness so when you bite it, your teeth can feel the sweetness of the meat
    5) this is the place that only serve bun no hue (beside Pho), and don't offer rare beef extra, as an special kind, or they should do different kind of bun bo hue
    ...
    I would recommend:
    Extra lines:
    Deep fried fish cake
Hue style meatloaf in banana leaf
    Rare beef
    Flank beef

So three stars for the bun bo  hue only
    One star for cleanness
One star for the excellent vegetable dish
The sate' sauce is very well done
The baby chili in the fish sauce is awesome!

Came here with family for lunch on a Saturday afternoon because I love me some BBH.

The broth is so flavorful, the meats are great quality, and the veggies/herbs on the side really enhance the entire bowl. They provide plenty of veggies and meat, and the additional chili paste just kicks the meal into high gear.

My go to spot for BBH. It's not the only one, but it's the only one that gets me pumped. And to the fact that I don't indulge in the meat, they provide with enough veggies to make me full.

In addition to BBH, they have pho too. Let's be real, why would you want that? BBH is a traditional Vietnamese spicy beef noodle soup. Teo offers all the standard toppings and with A LOT of them. Seriously, about 1 pound of meat.

Their soup is very enjoyable as it is packed with flavor and a hint of heat. I usually don't find it enough so I add more chili sauce in it.

**Pro tip: Taste before you continue to add more chili

Service is fast and there's never a need for a wait. At the end of the meal, I feel at home and happy. There's no better place than here for BBH.

When you walk in, they have this 'let's get it done' kind of mentality. There are no menus-they only have to things you can order which is the Pho and Bun Bo Hue. I come here solely for the BBH, and to be honest, usually when we go to BBH Restaurant on 82nd and we see it's closed. I'm actually starting to prefer Teo a little better! They give you this HUGE platter of bean sprouts, limes, mint, banana blossom, cabbage, etc. that is piled HIGH. I love stacking my toppings, and love coming here and getting a mountain of everything. They can make the soup as spicy or as mild as you like. It's never too salty, comes with a ton of noodles but also meat, so the bowl is perfectly balanced with a bit of everything. The woman who is almost always here is really cool and does a really good job of getting things done. Good service and good food makes for a really great meal time.

This restaurant sell only two type of soup each day. Bun Bo Hue (spicy noodle soup) and Pho Ga (chicken pho). Both soup are good and flavorful.  The restuarant has expanded and now twice as big. It a very clean and modern restaurant. Service is quick and friendly.
